Terms & Conditions of Bird Purchase

1) Free Veternarian Visit For Birds regularly priced at $199.99 or more. The free visit must be made within 7 days of the bird leaving the store and may only be made at one of Bird Crazy's free vet visit veternarians.

2) Free Wing And Nail Clipping. Bird Crazy will, at no charge, clip the wings and nails of any bird purchased at our store. This service is not transferrable to future owners. Proof of purchase must be available at time of purchase.

3) Seven Day Health Warranty. For a period of seven days after, Bird Crazy warrants the bird to be free from illness, disease, or inujry, unless noted on the face of this receipt att time of sale. Any claim for refund for this warranty must be accompanied by the bird and original sales receipt. This warranty does not cover starvation, neglect, toxins, other animals, accident, injury, or situations outside of Bird Crazy's control. At Bird Crazy's determination, a necropsy may be required from an Avian Veternation of Bird Crazy's choice, at the owners expense, to satisfy the warranty. If Bird Crazy is indeed found at fault, the cost of the necropsy will be refunded to the owner. If you expect your bird is ill within the warranty period, you must A) Notify us immediately by phone and return the bird immediately, or B) Notify us immediately and take the bird to one of our approved vets, at your expense, for appropriate treatment.

4) Repurchase and Return Policy. Bird Crazy DOES NOT give cash refunds. For a bird priced less than $249.99, Bird Crazy will issue a store credit equal to the price of the bird, without sales tax within a 6 month period. For birds priced over $249.99, the same applies, but up to a one year period. The bird must be in the same or better condition from time of purchase. Bird Crazy reserves the right to refuse repurchase or to deduct a percentage of the price from the repurchase credit.

5) Liability Limitation. Under no circumstance shall Bird Crazy's liability exceed the purchase price of the bird excluding sales tax.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Bird Crazy and the owner. Neither this agreement nor any provision may be changed, waived, or modified, except by written agreement between Bird Crazy's management and the owner.
