Our shipping rates are based on standard UPS rates. All charges are defined by UPS and we are in no control of them.
We apply a small handling fee to every order. By using and purchasing from this site, you agree to pay that charge.
We do not offer returns on products. We do, however, offer store credit and exchanges for products that arrive damaged, broken, full of bugs, etc. Contact us if you run into problems.Product may be returned if it has been unopened and has not expired since you have recieved it.
